Agreement to these terms
Welcome to Longevity Masters. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of longevitymasters.net and every page, article, interview, podcast episode, event listing, newsletter, membership enquiry, and partnership material we make available through it (together, the “Site”). By opening the Site you accept these terms, so please read them before you rely on anything you find here.
If you are browsing on behalf of a company, clinic, fund, or other organisation, you confirm that you are entitled to bind that organisation to these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the Site.
No professional advice of any kind
Longevity Masters speaks to healthcare professionals, scientists, investors, entrepreneurs, wellness leaders, and consumers. Nothing published on the Site is medical, nursing, psychological, legal, tax, accounting, insurance, financial, or investment advice, and nothing is an offer, solicitation, recommendation, or endorsement of any security, fund, company, product, service, or treatment.
Market commentary, company mentions, and discussion of the longevity industry are context and storytelling, not investment guidance. Before you invest, insure, or restructure anything, take advice from a licensed professional in your own jurisdiction who has your full picture.
Editorial standards, accuracy, and change
Our stated commitment is to develop content with credentialed experts, ground it in peer-reviewed research and clinical experience, and review it for clinical accuracy rather than trend value. We stand behind that process, and we also ask you to understand its limits.
Longevity science moves quickly. A finding reported at one point can be revised, contested, or superseded, and figures quoted from third-party sources — including statistics about the healthspan–lifespan gap — describe what those sources reported when we published. We do not promise that any page is complete, current, or free of error, and we may correct, update, move, or remove content without notice. If you spot something you believe is inaccurate, tell us through the enquiry form and we will look into it.
Advisory board, contributors, and endorsements
Advisory board members, featured clinicians, scientists, and guests are shown for identification and editorial context. Their views are their own and do not necessarily represent Longevity Masters, BioSpan Ventures, their employers, their institutions, or their co-authors.
The presence of a name, title, study, brand, or organisation on this Site is not an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by us or by them — and our publishing someone is not a claim that they endorse us. Names, credentials, and affiliations are drawn from public and contributed sources; if any of these is wrong, we would like to hear about it so we can correct it.
Third-party content, links, sponsors, and events
The Site refers to and links to material we do not own or run — news and reference sites such as worldhealth.net and NIH pages, podcast episodes on other feeds, the A4M conference site, our media partner Digital Vistech, and social profiles such as Instagram. We are not responsible for what those sites say, how they handle your data, or whether a link keeps working. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
Sponsorship, membership, and partnership support may shape what we are able to produce, and supported material may be identified as such. A commercial relationship does not mean we endorse a product or a claim, and our coverage of a company does not mean it has paid us. Event dates, speakers, formats, and pricing are set by the organiser and can change; ticketing and registration are usually handled by a third party, and their conditions — including refunds — apply.
Intellectual property and permitted use
The Site’s design, branding, logo, word marks, photography, layout, and original editorial content belong to Longevity Masters or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Third-party photographs, quotations, studies, and video remain the property of their owners.
You are welcome to read the Site, share short excerpts with clear attribution and a working link, and download or print single pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not scrape, bulk-download, or mine the Site; use its content to train an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model; reproduce whole articles or photography; sell, syndicate, or republish content commercially; or use our name, logo, or marks in a way that suggests we endorsed you or your product. Any of that needs our written permission first.
Your newsletter sign-ups and enquiries
When you subscribe to the newsletter or send a membership, sponsorship, or partnership enquiry, you are giving us permission to store your details and contact you about that request. We keep submitted records privately — they are not published or sold — and you can ask us to remove your details at any time through the enquiry form, marking your message “privacy request”.
Please do not send us confidential or proprietary material in a form field, and please do not include personal health information, medical records, or payment-card details; these forms are not clinical or payment channels and we cannot protect information sent through them that way. You confirm that anything you submit is yours to share and does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We will not publish your message without your permission.
Memberships, sponsorships, and partnerships
Membership tiers, prices, and benefits shown on the Site describe the offering we are presenting now. They are indicative, not a binding offer: tiers, pricing, eligibility, and inclusions can change or be withdrawn, and access is at our discretion and subject to availability.
No payment is collected on the Site today. If you enquire, we will follow up, and any commitment would be set out in a separate written agreement covering fees, invoicing, term, renewal, termination, and any refund position — please read that agreement before you pay, because it, not this page, will govern your membership or sponsorship.
We make no representation that joining, sponsoring, or partnering will bring you members, media coverage, introductions, clients, deals, or investment returns. Podcast appearances, event invitations, and community access are benefits we describe in good faith and deliver subject to scheduling, editorial standards, and a basic standard of conduct.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to do any of the following:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access, disable, overload, or interfere with the Site, its forms, or its infrastructure.
- Introduce malware, or probe, scan, or test a system for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
- Automate collection of content, create accounts, or submit forms by script or other non-human means.
- Impersonate Longevity Masters, an advisory board member, or any contributor, or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Submit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, deceptive, or infringing material in a message field.
- Use the Site or our content to market an unproven cure, a fraudulent investment, or anything that could put people at risk of harm.
We may restrict or block access that breaches these terms, and we may report unlawful conduct to the appropriate authority.
Disclaimers — the Site is provided “as is”
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Site and all content on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. We do not promise that the Site is error-free, secure, free of harmful components, or that it will keep operating, and we do not adopt or guarantee any third-party content, product, or service mentioned on it.
Some places do not permit certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Longevity Masters and its officers, advisory board members, contributors, employees, agents, sponsors, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site, your reliance on any content, any communications you receive from us, any third-party site or service, or any technical failure, even if we were told such losses might follow.
Where liability cannot be excluded, we limit it to the greater of one hundred US dollars or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Indemnification
If you use the Site in a way that is commercial, or on behalf of an organisation, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Longevity Masters and its advisory board members, contributors, officers, employees, agents, sponsors, and partners from claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising out of your breach of these terms, your submissions, your misuse of content, or your dealings with a third party you found through the Site.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the Site, the industry, and the law develop. The version published at this address is the one in force, and the “last updated” date above tells you when it last changed. Where a change materially affects how you may use the Site, we may also flag it in the newsletter or on the Site itself. Continuing to use the Site after a revision is posted means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [state to be confirmed] and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in [county and state to be confirmed]. The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before filing, and small-claims matters may be brought where the law allows regardless of this clause.
The governing jurisdiction has deliberately been left open until the operating entity is confirmed — see “Before launch” below. Until that bracketed text is filled in and reviewed by counsel, treat this clause as unconfirmed.
General provisions
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and Longevity Masters about your use of the Site. If a court finds any provision unenforceable, the rest continue in force. Our failure to enforce something is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganisation or transfer of the business. Provisions that by their nature should survive — disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and intellectual property — continue after you stop using the Site.
Contact and notices
Questions about these terms, or requests about your information, can be sent through the enquiry form on our Partnerships page, marking your message “legal” or “privacy request”. Postal, telephone, and email contact details will be added once the operator confirms them; the Site does not yet publish verified contact details of its own.
Before launch — for the operator
This page was drafted to support the design review and is not legal advice. Before the Site goes live, a qualified attorney should read it against what the business actually does, and the operator should confirm and fill in:
- The operating legal entity, its registration, and the address that will be published.
- Governing law, venue, and whether a jury-trial waiver or arbitration clause is wanted.
- Published contact details — email, telephone, and postal address.
- Refund, renewal, and termination policy for memberships and sponsorships, and who processes payment.
- Which health, longevity, and performance claims the business intends to keep, and the evidence behind each.
- Written agreements with advisory board members and guests covering how they are described and photographed.
- Newsletter consent wording, retention periods, and the sending provider’s unsubscribe and record-keeping requirements.
The same items are listed on the Privacy Policy, and the two pages should be finalised together.
Prepared for design review. This document is not legal advice and must be reviewed by a qualified attorney before the Site is published to the public.
